- CE.) Support Index Please note that WebCT and Blackboard have merged and now WebCT has been renamed to Blackboard Learning System - CE. North Seattle Distance Learning does use both Blackboard and WebCT (Blackboard - CE) courseware. It is important to note that if your course uses either of these courseware systems you will need to go to the URL indicated in your Registered Student grid to correctly login to your classroom. Blackboard and WebCT have different login protocols as well as different URL's. The protocol for logging into your own WebCT account: (Starting Fall 2008) UserID = Your full 9 digit Student ID number. Password =Your full 9 digit Student ID number. Please note: Student accounts will not be available until the first day of the quarter. Registering after the first day of the quarter your account may take 24 to 48 hours to be activated.
