Tuition and fee payment is due within seven business days of your
first registration or prior to the first day of the quarter --
whichever date comes first. Beginning the first day of the quarter,
tuition and fee payment is due immediately upon registration.
Official enrollment is not complete unless tuition and fees have
been paid in full. Students WILL be dropped from class for
non-payment.
For more information about
Tuition policy please go to the North Seattle web site.
Here you will see your payment options and other important
information. North Seattle now offers a special monthly
installment plan called
e-Cashier and is available through our partner FACTS Management
Co.
*Once dropped from a class, there is no guarantee that you will regain a place in the class. Particularly in the case of students taking Washington Online classes, this action will likely cause permanent loss of their place in the class. It is important to be aware of the payment schedule and to pay your tuition on time.
Registration for e-Learning courses is done exactly the same as for an on campus class. Registration and payment of tuition is done either online or in person. The North Seattle registration office is located in the College Center building on the second floor. It is important to note that all registration and payments are done through the Registration and Cashier office. The e-Learning office may be able to answer some registration questions and give assistance with what courses are offered but they can not advise students on courses to take to satisfy requirements or do they assist with registration. For Advising information please contact Advisor North at 206 527-3658 or by email AdvisorNorth@sccd.ctc.edu
Refunds are made in accordance with the quarterly schedule dates and include a $5.50 processing fee. Please see the Refund Policy page for more information. This policy does not apply to non credit classes, contract or self-support courses. Please allow two to three weeks to receive your refund. All refunds will be mailed or credited back to the card used to pay the original charge. If you have a question about your refund please contact the North Seattle cashiers office at 206 527-3627.
For more information about registration policies and procedures please see the North Seattle web site. Here you can learn about Student Responsibility, how to begin registration as well as general tips and terms that will help you to understand the registration process.
