Unofficial transcripts
Unofficial transcripts are free of charge and may be accessed through the
Unofficial Transcript link on the Online Services. The unofficial copy does
not have the school seal or an official signature. It is most often used for
advising purposes or job-related needs. Students may obtain free unofficial
copies as often as needed.
Official transcripts
Official Transcripts are required by other colleges and universities. These
copies have the school seal, the registrar's signature and are printed on
special paper. Official transcripts cost $3.00 per copy and take
approximately 48 hours to process. During peak times it may take up to one
week to process the request.
You can pick up a transcript request form at the front counter in the
Admission/Registration Office. Official transcripts can be ordered in
person, by mail or by faxing your request in to the office with the
information provided below.
Mail Requests
You can mail your requests along with a check for $3.00 per official
transcript needed and the required information to:

Please include the following required information:
Your full name ( and any previous name you might have attended under).
Approximate dates of attendance.
Date of birth.
Student ID number.
The number of official copies you need.
A fee of $3.00 per official transcript.
The address to which your transcript should be sent.
Your written signature and daytime telephone number.
Faxed Requests
If you are faxing your request into the office, you must include payment by
credit card. Please include the card number, the card's expiration date, and
your name as it appears on the card.

In-Person
Transcripts can be ordered in person through Front Counter Services at the
Admission/Registration Office. Take the completed form, with payment, to the
Cashier. To pick up your official transcript in person, you will need to
know your student ID number and have a valid picture ID.
