What are the ANGEL 7.4 System Requirements for a PC?

• Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating systems
• Microsoft Internet Explorer (Version 7 or higher) or Mozilla Firefox (Version 7 or higher)
•  Internet Explorer 8/9 may have a compatibility issue with the current version of ANGEL LMS courseware,  clicking the "Compatibility" toggle switch located to the right of the URL address bar  should correct the problem.
• Java Runtime Environment 1.4 or higher
• JavaScript and AJAX enabled
• Pop-Up blocking disabled
  

What are the ANGEL 7.4 System Requirements for a Mac?

• Macintosh OS 10.X + (Jaguar, Panther, or Tiger)
• Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 7 or higher) or Mozilla Firefox (Version 7 or higher)
  At this time Safari or Chrome is not compatible with Angel LMS.
• Java Runtime Environment 1.4 or higher
• JavaScript and AJAX enabled
• Pop-Up blocking disabled

What Internet Browsers are compatible with ANGEL 7.4?

ANGEL is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 7 or higher) or Mozilla Firefox (version 2 or higher).  Please note: Internet Explorer 8*/**9 may have a compatibility issue with the current version of ANGEL LMS courseware,  clicking the "Compatibility" toggle switch located to the right of the URL address bar should correct the problem.  Version 5.0 of Firefox may also be problematic.

•  *Internet Explorer 8 may have a compatibility issue with the current version of ANGEL LMS courseware,  clicking the "Compatibility Icon" toggle switch located to the right of the URL address bar  should correct the problem. 
•  **Internet Explorer 9 is only available for Vista or Windows 7.  It has been found that there may be some compatibility issues with our ANGEL 7.4 courseware so please click the "Compatibility Icon" to the right of the URL Address button. 
• With the recent patch to ANGEL some users have experienced problems using IE 8 or 9.  At the present time if you have a problem logging into your  ANGEL account using Internet Explorer please Clear the Browsing History: Tools/ Internet Options/ General "Clear Browsing History" (please be aware that this action will delete any saved passwords)
• Firefox 7: At this time users have experienced problems with the older versions of Firefox 3 to 6.  For ANGEL to work correctly please upgrade to Version 7 or higher.
  (ANGEL applied a patch on 10/07/11 to correct a compatibility issue with version 7 so now it is recommended to upgrade so that all of the features of ANGEL will work correctly)

What Internet Browsers are not compatible with ANGEL 7.4?

There are many different types of Internet Browsers. Often your Internet Service Provider (ISP) will install an Internet Browser on your computer. Many computers may come with a factory installed Internet Browser (such as Safari on Macs).

Some of the Internet Browsers available that are not compatible include Safari, Opera, GoogleChrome, Comcast, or AOL Explorer.
