Short Description: Expands the focus on the development of writing skills for the playwright.  Playwriting explores not only the dramatic structure of plays, character development and the development of the author's stylistic voice, but also introduces the initial development process for a full-length play.  Students will continue to hone the skills developed in DRA 284/285 playwriting courses: plot, characterization, play structure, dialogue, theatrical collaboration.  May be repeated for credit.
