Short Description: This fully online course is a Q course for non-science majors. Topics may include interest computations, the mathematics describing earthquakes and population growth, probability and statistics applied to everyday life, the relationship of mathematics to other disciplines such as music and art.

Delivery Mode: Fully Online. (Modes explained)
Campus Attendance Requirements:  None. Two proctored exams on campus on campus or elsewhere.  Drop in Lab meets in ED 2842A, Thursdays, 6:00PM–7:30PM.
Prerequisites: MAT 098 with a 2.0 or better, or placement exam.
