Short Description:
This fully
online course studies economics applied to contemporary social problems
and issues. Provides an introduction to economic principles concerning
national prosperity, market behavior, income inequality, the role of
government, and economic fluctuations. Meets AA degree credit as S-course,
individuals/societies or elective. With no prerequisites, this course is
intended for students seeking an overview of economics. Course fee
includes access to online textbook.
