BUS 118:  Project Management Introduction and Overview

Short Description: This fully online course is an overview of Project Management from a Business perspective.  Topics will include Project Estimation, Project Feasibility, Planning, Risk Management, Contingency Planning, Scheduling, and Project Control.  Students will learn to perform and complete the viability study to include producing alternatives.
5 credits

Delivery Mode: Fully Online. (Modes explained)
Campus Attendance Requirements: Orientation meeting. Two proctored exams must be proctored on-campus or elsewhere.
Prerequisites: IT 101, BUS 169, BUS 236
